Terms of Service

By accessing or using teslanywrap, including the gallery, editor, AI design tools, 3D preview, account, billing, and credit features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

teslanywrap is a web-based tool for browsing Tesla custom wrap examples, creating and editing wrap designs, previewing designs in 3D, generating AI texture concepts, composing textures into vehicle templates, validating wrap PNG files, and exporting files for Tesla Paint Shop workflows.

teslanywrap is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, vehicle names, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity under your account, and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Some features, including AI image generation, may require credits or a paid plan. Credits can be purchased through our payment provider and are deducted when you start a metered action.

If an AI generation or validation step fails in a way our system can detect, the Service may automatically refund the deducted credit. Credits are otherwise non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.

Payments, checkout, taxes, receipts, card handling, refunds, chargebacks, and billing support may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. Their terms may apply to payment processing.

We may change pricing, credit costs, plan features, or product limits prospectively. Existing purchases will not be retroactively reduced without notice.

We may offer free features such as gallery browsing, basic editing, downloads, or preview tools. We may also offer premium features such as AI generation, higher-volume workflows, saved design history, or priority processing.

We may add, remove, limit, or modify free or premium features as the product evolves.

You retain ownership of designs, prompts, images, uploads, generated assets, project names, and other content you submit or create through the Service ("User Content"), subject to any rights held by third parties.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, display, transform, and transmit User Content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload, generate, edit, download, publish, or use any content. Do not upload or create content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, contains malware, is illegal, deceptive, harmful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise violates applicable law.

AI-generated textures and wrap concepts are provided to help create vehicle wrap designs. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for commercial use.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it, including checking for third-party rights, trademarks, copyrighted material, privacy issues, and compliance with Tesla Paint Shop requirements.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, free from intellectual property claims, accepted by Tesla software, or appropriate for every vehicle, region, or purpose.

You may not use the Service to violate laws, infringe the rights of others, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, bypass rate limits or payment systems, scrape at abusive scale, transmit malicious code, impersonate others, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, abuses infrastructure, or harms the Service or other users.

The Service, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, original text, design elements, databases, and non-user content, is owned by teslanywrap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Gallery examples, vehicle templates, and third-party assets may be subject to separate rights or licenses. Your use of exported designs is your responsibility.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated or exported files will work for every vehicle, device, software version, or Paint Shop configuration.

Wrap installation, vehicle compatibility, legal road use, commercial printing, and any physical application of a design are outside our control and are your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, teslanywrap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or vehicle-related costs arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to use the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, or use the Service in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Some records may be retained as required for security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, or operational purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts or forums permitted by law.
