teslanywrap respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Tesla custom wrap gallery, editor, AI design, 3D preview, account, billing, and credit features.

teslanywrap is independent software for Tesla wrap design workflows. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Tesla, Inc.

Account information: when you sign in, we may receive your user ID, email address, display name, avatar, and authentication metadata from our authentication provider.

Design and project data: we store wrap designs, uploaded images, generated textures, final wrap PNG files, previews, vehicle selections, layer data, filenames, file sizes, and related project metadata when you create, upload, save, or generate content.

Billing and credits data: we store customer records, subscription status, credit balances, credit history, payment event references, order identifiers, and checkout metadata needed to operate paid features.

Usage and technical data: we may collect page visits, feature usage, browser and device information, request metadata, rate-limit counters, and hashed IP usage logs to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

Communications: if you contact us, we may keep your contact details and message content so we can respond.

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate accounts, save and sync design projects, process credit purchases and subscriptions, generate AI textures and wrap previews, validate exported PNG files, respond to support requests, monitor reliability, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve product quality.

We may use aggregated or anonymized information to understand usage patterns, diagnose performance issues, and plan future features.

We use Supabase for authentication. Business data such as customers, subscriptions, credit history, vehicle metadata, gallery metadata, and AI generation records may be stored in Cloudflare D1. Images and generated wrap assets may be stored in Cloudflare R2.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We rely on third-party services to operate core parts of the Service. These may include Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting, database, storage, and security infrastructure, Creem for checkout and billing workflows, OpenRouter and/or OpenAI for AI image generation, and analytics or monitoring services for product improvement.

Third-party services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by teslanywrap.

When you use AI design features, your prompt, selected vehicle, generation settings, and relevant image-generation metadata may be sent to configured AI providers such as OpenRouter or OpenAI. Generated textures, previews, and final wrap files may be stored so you can view and download them later.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material, or content you do not have the right to use in AI prompts or image uploads.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as authentication sessions, security, preferences, and checkout flows. If analytics are enabled, cookies or similar identifiers may also help us understand how the Service is used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

We retain account, project, billing, credit, and generated asset records for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our terms.

You may delete individual projects where the product provides deletion controls. To request account deletion or broader data deletion, contact us using the information below.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the last updated date and may provide additional notice for material changes.
